BOISE, Idaho- The No. 3 seeded Idaho State women's basketball team saw its season come to an end on Wednesday evening in the semi-finals of the Big Sky Conference tournament. The Bengals lost 66-51 to No. 2 seeded Idaho.
Dora Goles and
Diaba Konate each scored 12 points.
Callie Bourne had eight rebounds and Goles added seven.
Idaho State shot 39 percent from the field while the Vandals shot 38 percent. Both teams had 36 rebounds.

Idaho led the entire game and led by as many as 16 points in the fourth quarter. While the Vandals led the entire game, the Bengals fought the entire way.
Idaho State trailed 22-11 and 24-13 early in the second quarter and then 28-15 with 7:26 to play in the first half.
The Bengals closed out the second quarter on a 15-2 to trail 30-28 at halftime. ISU stayed within striking distance as Konate hit a 3-pointer with two seconds left in the third quarter to cut the Idaho lead to 44-43.
The Bengals only trailed 52-46 with 7:12 remaining in the game. ISU was then held scoreless for the next six minutes, allowing Idaho to pull away.
Idaho State is 18-13 while Idaho improved to 22-9.
