Bengals Fall to Idaho, 4-3

POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State men's tennis team lost a hard-fought match to the University of Idaho on Saturday evening in Moscow, Idaho. The Bengals lost 4-3.

Each team won three singles matches but the Vandals won the doubles point, winning two of the three matches.

The doubles victory for Idaho State came when Patrik Trhac and Gary Rendek defeated Bruno Casino and Althaf Dhaifullah 7-5.

Lukas Ridemar and Fynn Lohse lost a 7-6 at No. 1 doubles to Francisco Bascon and Esteban Santibanez.
 
Yohan Prinsen and Kyler Hartman their doubles match 6-1.

In singles play, No. 1-3  earned victories. Ridemar earned the win at No. 1 with a 6-4, 0-6, 7-5 win over Bascon. Lohse beat Dhaifullah 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 at No. 2 singles and Trhac earned a 6-4, 6-3 victory at No. 3 singles.

The Bengals play at Eastern Washington on Sunday at 12 p.m.
