POCATELLO, Idaho- Idaho State plays its final road game of the 2021 season on Saturday at Cal Poly at 6 p.m. (MST).
Jerry Miller and Mitch Beckstead will call the game live on KISU with the pregame show beginning 30 minute prior to kickoff. The game will be televised on ESPN +. Live stats, video and audio are available through isubengals.com.
Idaho State has the lost the last five meetings at Cal Poly with the last win being 38-31 on Nov. 15, 2003.

Scouting Cal Poly
Cal Poly is 1-8 with its only victory being 28-17 at San Diego in the season-opener on Sept. 4. Cal Poly averages 12.9 points a game and gives up 39.7. The Mustangs average 293.6 yards a game and give up 454.2. Shakobe Harper leads the rushing attack with 251 yards and three touchdowns. Chris Coleman is the top receiver with four touchdowns and 515 yards. Spencer Brasch has thrown for 1,331 yards, seven touchdowns and six interceptions. Matt Shotwell leads the team in tackles with 96.
Conner Approaching Receiving Record Book
During
Tanner Conner's career he has caught 118 passes for 2,059 yards and 14 touchdowns. He needs 145 receiving yards to move into the Top 10 for career receiving yards. Conner is four receiving touchdowns away from moving into No. 10 in the ISU career record book as Rodrick Rumble (2009-12) and Tom Hoffmann (1970-74) each had 18 receiving touchdowns. Madison Mangum (2013-15) is currently in 10th place with 2,204 receiving yards.

There are 71 players on the roster who are freshmen and sophomores.
Oh-My-A-Boo
Benji Omayebu has been on of the best kickoff return men in the country. He is currently averaging 30.9 yards a kickoff return. He had an 89-yard kickoff return at BYU and a 99-yard kickoff return for a touchdown earliering the year. Omayebu currently has the best mark for a freshman in kickoff return average. Robert Johnson (1992) is second at 29.7 yards a kickoff return.
