POCATELLO, Idaho – The Idaho State men's and women's cross-country programs are competing at the NCAA Mountain Regionals this Friday, November 12.

The meet is in hosted by BYU in Provo, Utah at the Timpanogos Golf Club.
The women's 6K race beings at 11 a.m. MST.
The men's 6K race begins at 12 p.m. MST.

The top-two finishing teams at Regionals will get an automatic qualifying spot for Nationals. The 2021 NCAA Cross Country National Championships will be hosted by Florida State at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee, Florida on Saturday, Nov. 20.
