POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State women's basketball team opened the 2021-22 season on Friday evening with a 91-53 exhibition win over College of Idaho.
The Bengals led the entire game and their biggest lead was 38 points.
Montana Oltrogee led the Idaho State attack with 23 points and eight rebounds. Idaho State had 13 different players see time on the court with no player seeing more than 26 minutes.
Idaho State shot 52.7 percent from the floor while holding College of Idaho to 28.6 percent.
Idaho State started the game jumping out to a 17-0 lead and led 26-10 at the end of the first quarter.
ISU extended its lead to 52-26 at halftime and 68-41 after three quarters. Eleven different Bengals scored in game.
Idaho State opens regular season play on November 9 at Oregon. Tipoff is at 8:30 p.m. (MST)
