Previous Matches in Utah:
The Idaho State women's tennis team battled hard last weekend against tough opponents at the University of Utah and at Utah State.
At the University of Utah, the Bengals lost the match 7-0 but were quick to recover, upsetting Utah State on its home courts and claiming the match, 4-3.
The Bengal's saw strong performances from their freshmen players over the weekend. Twin duo Sol O Lideadha and Lola O Lideadha helped claim the doubles point at Utah State, winning the deciding match 7-5.
Hana Cho then clinched the match for the Bengal's, winning a hard-fought battle at No. 3 singles. From her successes at No. 1 doubles alongside partner
Hristina Cvetkovic and her win in singles play, Cho also earned her first Big Sky Player of the Week Honors.
"Hana's award is so well deserved," said Maloney. "The Utah State player was highly ranked and Hana fought back from being down in the second and third set to get the win for the team."
