POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State women's tennis team lost 5-2 to Grand Canyon on Wednesday afternoon at the GCU Tennis Complex in Phoenix, Ariz.
The Bengal wins in singles play came at the No. 4 and No. 6 positions.
Megan Lang-Gould beat Aline Buhr 2-6, 6-4, 7-5 at No. 4 singles.
Keilyn Kunimoto won 6-4, 6-2 at No. 6 singles.
In doubles play, GCU won the team point but
Hristina Cvetkovic and
Alexandra Arkhipov won 6-3 at No. 1 doubles.
Idaho State opens Big Sky Conference play Friday at 2 p.m. at NAU.
