This is the second straight year the Bengals and T-Birds have squared off in Cedar City. Idaho State's only win at SUU was 42-17 in 2002.

About SUU
SUU finished the 2019 season 3-9 overall and 2-6 in Big Sky Conference play. SUU lost its season opener in Flagstaff, 34-33. SUU had 370 yards of total offense and held NAU to 343 yards. SUU had 82 rushing yards and held NAU to 42 yards rushing. Quarterback Justin Miller through for 288 yards and five touchdowns on 29 completions and 40 attempts. Landen Measom caught 10 passes for 118 yards and one touchdown. Brando Schenks caught five passes for 71 yards and three touchdowns. A.J. Stanley led the defense with 10 tackles.
