Ike Named Big Sky Defensive Player of the Week

 
POCATELLO, Idaho- Charles Ike was named the Big Sky Conference Defensive Player of the Week for his performance last week against Cal Poly.

The Bengal senior linebacker came up with 10 tackles, two interceptions and one forced fumble in the 40-31 victory over the Mustangs.

The Bengal defense forced five turnovers in the victory, the most since forcing six in 2009 in a win over Sacramento State.

Idaho State returns home to host NAU on Saturday, Oct. 22 at 1 p.m. in Holt Arena.
