POCATELLO, Idaho – Idaho State Football has been selected for a national broadcast in the 2026 season. When the Bengals head north to Missoula to take on the Montana Griz, it will be for a national audience, broadcast on the ESPN Network (TBD).
Due to the broadcast, the game will also be under the lights at Washington-Griz Stadium, with kickoff scheduled for 8:30 PM MT.
The Big Sky Conference has been selected for five games to appear on national broadcast in 2026, a new record for the conference and a strong indicator of the growth of Big Sky Football on the national stage.
The five games are
Friday, Aug. 28: Idaho at Cal Poly (8:00 p.m. MT // ESPN)
Saturday, Sept. 26: Northern Arizona at Montana State (8:30 p.m. MT // ESPN2)
Friday, Oct. 2: Montana State at Idaho (8:30 p.m. MT // ESPN)
Saturday, Oct. 3: Eastern Washington at UC Davis (8:30 p.m. MT // ESPN2)
Saturday, Nov. 14: Idaho State at Montana (8:30 p.m. MT // ESPN Network TBD)
Since 2012, the Big Sky has had 12 regular-season games broadcast on ESPN Linear Networks.
