POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State football team hosts NAU on Saturday, Oct. 22 at 1 p.m. in Holt Arena. Jerry Miller and Mitch Beckstead will call the action live on KISU with the pregame show beginning at 12:30 p.m. Dylan Carder and Kody Graves will call the game on ESPN +. 

The Bengals are only 4-13 vs. NAU in the last 17 meetings. Since 2005 the Bengals only win was 56-42 in Holt Arena during the 2018 season.

SCOUTING NAU
NAU is 2-5 and 1-3 in Big Sky play. NAU is scoring 18.8 points a game and giving up 31 points. NAU rushes for 93 yards a game and passes for 255.5 yards a game. The NAU defense gives up 182.7 yards on the ground and 248 through the air. Draycen Hall is the top rusher with 255 yards. Jamal Glaspie is top receiver with 435 yards on 37 receptions. 

CAL POLY REVIEW
- This is the second time this season Xavier Guillory has had a 120 yard receiving game. He also tallied that at Northern Colorado. 
- Charles Ike's two interceptions is the first time a Bengal has had two interceptions in a game since Adkin Aguirre vs. Weber State on Nov. 18, 2017. 
- Xavier Guillory's 71 yard touchdown reception was the 16th longest offensive play since 2011. 
- The 293 team rushing yards is the ninth most by a Bengal team since 2007 and the most since 302 vs. Northern Colorado in 2019. 
- Benjamin Omayebu's 74 yards rushing was a career-high.
- Soujah Gasu 25-yard touchdown run was the first touchdown of his career. 
- Jiahad Brown's interception was the first of his career.
- The five turnovers the Bengals forced was the most by a Bengal defense since forcing six in 2009 vs. Sacramento State. 

DID YOU KNOW
Idaho State had seven sacks during the 2021 season. Through seven games the Bengals already have 15  sacks. The 2019 defense had 22 sacks.
