POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State men's tennis team lost a tight 4-3 match to the University of Pacific on Friday night in Boise. For the 10
th straight time the Bengals won the doubles point but Pacific won four of the six singles matches to earn the victory.
In doubles play,
Aleksandar Petrovic and
Patrik Trhac once again showed why they are one of the top doubles teams in the nation as they earned a 6-4 victory.
Patrick Kristensen and
Andreas Kramer also earned a 7-5 win at No. 2 doubles.
In singles play,
Hiroki Fujita won 6-0, 4-6, 6-2 at No. 5 singles and
Patrick Kristensen earned a 6-2, 7-5 win at No. 4 singles.
The Bengals stay in Boise and play Boise State on Saturday at 5 p.m.
