Bengals Fall 4-3 to Weber State

POCATELLO, Idaho- Idaho State lost 4-3 to Weber State on Sunday in Reed Gym. The Bengals won the doubles point and led 3-1 before Weber State rallied for the victory on Senior Day. 

"It was a heartbreaker today," Idaho State coach Gretchen Maloney said. 

All three doubles matches finished with a score of 7-5. Hana Cho and Lola O'Lideadha won 7-5 at No. 1 doubles while Leah Kuruvilla and Sol O'Lideadha won 7-5. Weber State won at No. 3 doubles. 

In singles play, Cho earned a 6-2, 6-2 win at the No. 1 position and Sol O'Lideadha won 6-3, 6-3 at the No. 4 spot. 

The deciding match came at No. 5 singles when Alexandra Arkhipov lost 3-6, 5-7. 

Idaho State wraps up regular season play on April 20 vs. Idaho in Reed Gym.
