POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State women's tennis team beat Montana State 4-3 on Friday afternoon in Reed Gym.
The Bengals started strong and swept all three doubles matches. At No. 1 doubles
Lola O'Lideadha and
Hana Cho won 6-4 and at No. 2
Sol O'Lideadha and
Leah Kuruvilla won 6-0.
Alexandra Arkhipov and
Megan Lang-Gould won 6-3.
In singles play, three of the six singles matches came down to the third set. The three Bengal wins came at No. 3, 4 and 6.
Lola O'Lideadha won 6-2, 6-3 at No. 3 singles and her sister Sol, won 6-7, 7-5, 6-2.
Arkhipov won 6-0, 6-3 at No. 6 singles.
Idaho State hosts Weber State on Sunday, April 10 at 1 p.m.
