POCATELLO, Idaho – Idaho State volleyball has released the schedule for the upcoming 2022 season. First year Head Coach Sean Carter and the Bengals travel to four out of state tournaments before opening Big Sky Conference play.
The Bengals open the season heading to the Lone Star State to play in the Katrinka Crawford University at Lamar University. The Bengals will face off against Prairie View A&M, Lamar and SELU Friday, Aug. 26-27.
The Orange and Black then head west to play a tournament at Gonzaga where they will face off against Gonzaga, CSUN and Nevada Sept. 1-3.
Monday, Sept. 5 the Bengals head to Boise for an in-state match with the Broncos.
The week after, the Bengals head to California for a tournament with Cal Baptist and UC Riverside. Sept. 9-10.
Sept. 16-17 the Bengals head to St. George for the final tournament of the season hosted by Utah Tech and SUU.
Thursday, Sept. 22 the Bengals return to Reed Gym to open the 2022 Big Sky Conference schedule against the Bears of UNC.
The Bengals then head to Sacramento for a meeting with the Hornets on Sept. 24.
Sept. 30, the Bengals are back home for a game against the Weber State Wildcats Sept. 30.
Oct. 6 and 8 the Bengals are on the road with matchups against Idaho and Eastern Washington University.
Oct. 13 and 15 Idaho State is back in Reed Gym hosting Portland State and Sacramento State.
Oct. 20 and 22 the Bengals head north to Montana to take on Montana State and Montana.
The 28th of October, the Bengals are in Ogden taking on Weber State. The next week, Nov. 3 and 5, the Bengals are back home to host EWU and Idaho.
The Orange and Black hit the road for one final trip of the season Nov. 10 and 12 as they face off against UNC and NAU.
The Bengals wrap up the 2022 regular season at home in Reed Gym Nov. 17 and 19 hosting Montana and Montana State.
The teams of the Big Sky will wrap up the 2022 season in Ogden, Utah Nov. 23-26 in Ogden Utah at the 2022 Big Sky Volleyball Championships.
