POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State football team opens fall camp on Saturday, July 30, at the ICCU Practice Field. Fall camp practices will be open for the general public to come and watch. Practices during fall camp begin at 9:30 a.m. Once school starts on August 22 practices begin at 7:45 a.m.
As fall camp begins, Head Coach
Charlie Ragle has finalized his staff for the year.
New to the staff is
Pierre Cormier and Devin Holiday. Cormier will coach the cornerbacks while Holliday will oversee the safeties.
Cormier comes to Idaho State after serving as the assistant defensive backs coach as a graduate assistant at San Diego State since July of 2021.
Prior to that he was an assistant coach at Mater Dei and also served as an assistant defensive backs graduate assistant at Arizona from July of 2018-December of 2020. During the 2016-17 seasons he was an offensive student-assistant at the University of Arizona.
Holiday comes to Idaho State after serving as the safeties and defensive pass game coordinator at Ashland University during the 2021 season. In 2020 he was coached the secondary and was the defensive pass game coordinator at Lake Erie College and during the 2019 season he was a defensive back analysts at the University of Illinois. Holiday has also had coaching stints at Ohio Wesleyan University and Mission Hills High School.

Vince Amey will coach the defensive line and
Byron Hout will serve as the Director of Football Operations.

Season and single-game tickets are on sale now at the ISU Ticket Office. Call 208-282-FANS. The ticket office is temporarily located in Sports Medicine building next to Holt Arena.
The Bengals open the season August 27 at UNLV. The Bengals home opener is Sept. 17 vs. Central Arkansas. All home games are set to begin at 1 p.m. The four remaining home games are Oct. 1 vs. Montana, Oct. 15 vs. Cal Poly, Oct. 22 vs. NAU and Nov. 19 vs. Idaho.
