Bengal Soccer Competes in Home Exhibition

| By:

POCATELLO, Idaho - The Idaho State soccer team competed in their second exhibition of the year, this time on the home soil of Davis Field.

The Two team battled back and forth for 88 minutes before Jordyn Roth scored the lone goal to end the game 1-0. The Bengals showed improvement from their first exhibiton, controlling the ball for the most of the match and putting up a staunch defense around the box.

The Bengals did not spend all 90 minutes relying on their veteran players, instead subbing multiple White and Orange jerseys in and out and ensuring a robust amount of playing time for the entire squad.

The Bengals have one final tune up game on Monday, August 15 at 5:30 PM at Davis Field as they host the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks.
