POCATELLO, Idaho – Idaho State women's basketball continues its 2024 campaign this Saturday as the Bengals (6-7, 1-1) head down to Ogden to take on the Weber State Wildcats (4-8, 1-1).

This is the 97th meeting of the Bengals and Wildcats and the series is currently tied 48-48 all-time between the two programs. The Bengals have dominated the past decade of play and will be looking to make it 14 straight against Weber State this Saturday.

In Ogden, the Wildcats have a series advantage with a 27-20 record over the Bengals.

The Bengals are coming off of a 58-50 win over the Northern Colorado Bears in Reed Gym this
past Saturday. Tasia Jordan had a big game for the Bengals in the win, scoring 15 points and blocking six shots, the most for a Bengal in a game in a decade.

Weber State also split their conference opening weekk with a 10-point win over the UNC Bears and a 92-78 loss to Northern Arizona. The Wildcats are now sitting at 4-8 on the season.

After this week, the Bengals are the No. 1 blocking team in the Big Sky, averaging 4.6 blocks per game. This is also good for 34th in the nation.

Piper Carlson had 14 boards in the win over the Bears, this is a season-high for a Bengal in 2024-
25.

Maria Dias leads the Bengals in points scored, averaging 10.4 points per game.

After this weekend, the Bengal road trip continues as the Orange and Black head north to take on Montana and Montana State.
