POCATELLO, Idaho – The Idaho State women's tennis team hosted Northern Arizona and the College of Idaho over the weekend. Taking on the Lumberjacks in their first Big Sky match of the season on Friday morning, followed by hosting the Yotes on Saturday.
Beginning in ISU's opening match of the weekend vs. NAU, the Bengal tandem of
Olivia Mikkelson and
Victoria Grymalska would walk away with a 6-4 win in the #3 doubles match, but Idaho State could not get a win in the #1 or #2 doubles matches, and losing the doubles point.

Idaho State looked to get some sort of momentum going in singles play, leading early in multiple matches, however, the Bengals would be unable to come away with any victories, falling 0-7 to the 'Jacks.

On Saturday morning Idaho State looked to bounce back vs. the College of Idaho, and would do just that. Sweeping the Yotes in the doubles matches.

In singles play the Bengals would build off their momentum from doubles play, sweeping the Yotes in the match, 7-0.

The Bengals would finish this weekend 1-1 in Reed Gym and will move to 6-5 overall, and 0-1 in Big Sky play.
