POCATELLO, Idaho - Idaho State travels to Cedar City for its second straight road contest to open the 2025 season, continuing a tightly contested series with Southern Utah. The Bengals lead the all-time series 12-7-1 and have won five of the last eight matchups, including a 38–28 win in Pocatello last fall and a 26–24 road victory during the spring 2021 season. Idaho State is 2–4–1 all-time in Cedar City and will be looking for its first win at Eccles Coliseum since that spring game. Saturday marks the 21st meeting between the programs in a series that dates back to 1989, with the Bengals owning an 8–3 record in Pocatello but just two wins on the road.
