Men's Tennis Falls to Griz in Missoula, 2-5

MISSOULA, Montana – The Idaho State men's tennis team fell 2–5 on the road at Montana on Friday afternoon at the Peak Racquet Club. The Bengals move to 9–9 overall and 3–3 in Big Sky Conference play following the match.

Doubles

Idaho State came out strong in doubles play, securing the point with wins on courts one and two to take the early advantage.

• No. 1 Doubles: Tyler Dalos / Valent De Pellegrin defeated Duncan McCall / Baltaz Wiger-Nordas, 6–4.
• No. 2 Doubles: Sep de Visser / Quentin Lamothe defeated Tom Bittner / Eivind Tandberg, 6–2.
• No. 3 Doubles: Lewie Bouman / Sam Wensley vs. Matt Upton / Johnny Wilkinson, unfinished (5–4).

Singles

Montana responded in singles play, winning five of six courts to secure the 5–2 team victory.

• No. 1 Singles: Valent De Pellegrin fell to Tom Bittner, 2–6, 3–6.
• No. 2 Singles: Sep de Visser fell to Duncan McCall, 4–6, 2–6.
