MISSOULA, Montana – The Idaho State men's tennis team fell 2–5 on the road at Montana on Friday afternoon at the Peak Racquet Club. The Bengals move to 9–9 overall and 3–3 in Big Sky Conference play following the match.

Idaho State came out strong in doubles play, securing the point with wins on courts one and two to take the early advantage.
Singles
Montana responded in singles play, winning five of six courts to secure the 5–2 team victory.
- No. 1 Singles: Valent De Pellegrin fell to Tom Bittner, 2–6, 3–6.
- No. 2 Singles: Sep de Visser fell to Duncan McCall, 4–6, 2–6.
- No. 3 Singles: Sam Wensley fell to Baltaz Wiger-Nordas, 2–6, 4–6.
- No. 4 Singles: Rafael Maya fell to Matt Upton, 0–6, 1–6.
- No. 5 Singles: Quentin Lamothe fell to Joseph Townes, 6–3, 3–6, 0–1 (4–10).
- No. 6 Singles: Lewie Bouman defeated Johnny Wilkinson, 7–5, 6–3.
