Idaho State (2011-12): Finished third with a career best 6128 points in the decathlon at the Bengal Hep/Dec Fest (04/11) ... competed in the decathlon at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (05/14) ... had a career best heptathlon at the Snake River Open with 4285 points and finished seventh (01/14) ... named Big Sky all-academic for the indoor season ... (2010-11): Competed in both the indoor and outdoor season for Idaho State ... had a career best decathlon with 5531 points at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (05/11) ... his career best heptathlon was at the Mountain States Games with an 11th place finish and 3724 points (01/28) ... was named Big Sky all-academic for both the indoor and outdoor seasons

Timberlake High School: Earned four letters in football as well as track and field and two letters in basketball at Timberlake High School … member of the state champion 4x400 relay team as a sophomore … voted most inspirational as a senior … named First Team All-State defensive back and earned the Coach’s Award for football … member of the state champion track and field team his freshman year … track team was the state champion runner up both his sophomore and senior seasons … football team played in the playoffs every year of his high school career … graduated as class valedictorian … recipient of the U.S. Army National Scholar-Athlete Award.
