Idaho State 2018-19
Outdoor: At the Montana State Open, finished third in the high jump with a mark of 1.60m (5' 3").

Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Bengals...Finished in sixth at the 2019 Weber State Wildcat Invitational. 

Idaho State (2017-18):
Outdoor: Competed in five outdoor meets for the Bengals... at the Mark Faldmo Invitational jumped a personal best height of 1.66m (5' 5.25") ... At the BYU Robison Invitational placed 4th in the High Jump with a height of 1.57m ( 5' 1.75") ... Represented Idaho State University at the Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the High Jump.

Indoor: Competed for the first time in the Weber State Winter Open and placed 12th in the high jump (1.52m | 4-11 3/4).

Columbia High: Played basketball for three years while earning two letters...competed in track and field and lettered two seasons...tied school record for high jump...placed fourth in the high jump at the 2016 5A Idaho State Track and Field Championships...earned the conference All-Academic Award...named valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA.

Personal: Born July 28, 1998...parents are Angie and Gary Ambrosek...Gary played football for Boise State University...has three brothers; Sage, Jake and Chase...has one sister Teann...volunteered at local elementary schools and the Nampa library in addition to coaching a recreation center basketball team and helping coach track at a high school...major is marketing.
