Idaho State (2020-21): Played in 24 games for the Bengals... Assisted the Bengals in securing the regular season and tournament Big Sky Championships and played in the first round of the NCAA tournament... Averaged 13.8 minutes per game and while on the court shot .436 percent from the field...Against the University of Nebraska on Deb. 6 had a career high 2 blocks
Idaho State: (2019-20) Played in 20 games, starting 13 for Idaho State… averaged 8.5 points and 3.7 rebounds per game…had a season-high 20 points against Utah State on Dec. 19… recorded a season-high of 10 rebounds against both Duke on Nov. 21 and California Baptist on Dec. 16.
High School: Graduated from Central Valley High School in Spokane Valley, Wash...led the Hawks to two Washington State Championships her freshman and junior year... during the 2017-18 season, she helped propel her school to a National Championship with a 66-61 win over Hamilton Heights...was 2-2 in the championship game with an assist and steal in 12 minutes of play... as a junior, she averaged 7.5 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.1 assists, 1.1 steals and 0.5 blocks per game while shooting 44 percent from inside the arc. Her senior year, Whitman averaged 13.4 points per game, 2.1 assists, 6.3 rebounds and 1.8 steals earning first team GSL
Personal: Daughter of Angela and Tommy Whitman...Majoring in pre-occupational therapy...plans to earn her Masters in Pediatric Occupational Therapy... Loves dogs, cats, and all animals yet she doesn't have any because her dad is allergic...Fun fact: she always carries a chap stick in her sock no matter what.
