Idaho State (2019): Opened the season at the 2019 Vivint Cross Country Invitational... At the Idaho State XC Invitational, finished eighth running a personal best 6K time of 19:19.0...Represented Idaho State at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Cross Country Championships... Did not disappoint, always a class act.  

Idaho State (2018): Competed in seven meets for the Bengals. At the UVU invitational ran a personal best time in the 5K of 15:57.0... Finished seventh at the Idaho State Invitational in the 6K with a time of 22:11.7... At the SUU Color Country Invitational, ran a personal best time of 19:20.6 in the 6K. Representing Idaho State at the Big Sky Conference Championships, ran a personal best time in the 8K of 24:57.5... At the NCAA Division I Mountain Region Championships, ran a personal best time in the 10K of 31:57.2.

Idaho State (2017): Ran in six Cross Country meets for the Bengals... at the UVU meet recorded a personal best time of 16:01.5 in the 3M... Podium finished 2nd in the 5M at the BRC/MSU Cross Country Class with a personal best time of 25:57.7 ... at the Big Sky Conference XC Championships ran a personal best 26:08.1 in the 8K ... Representing Idaho State University at the NCAA Division 1 Mountain Region Cross Country Championships ran a personal best 10k of 33:11.5

Natrona County High School: Ran cross country and track and field...earned All-State honors three years for cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track...four time state champion in indoor and outdoor track...named Natrona County high School's Athletic Player of the Year...graduated in 2017.
