Idaho State (2024): Competed at the Big Sky Preview Meet and finished 10th in the 6k with a time of 24:23.4s (09/20/24)... ended the year at the Big Sky Conference XC Championships helping the team to a 6th place finish  - the best team finish since 2018 (11/01/2024)...

Idaho State (2023): Finished 9th in the 6k at the Idaho State XC Open with a time of 19:16.0s (09/22/23)... at the SUU Color Country Invitational ran the 6k in 19:25.9s to secure a top-ten finish (10/07/23)... named to the Big Sky Fall All-Academic Team.

College of Southern Idaho (2022): Finished 10th in the 6k at the EOU Open with a time of 19:10.7s (09/16/22)... with a time of 24:45.4s in the 8k at the Lewis & Clark XC Invite Smith finished 12th (10/15/22)... competed in the 7k at Scenic West XC Invitational and finished 6th with a time of 21:46.7s (10/28/22).

College of Southern Idaho (2021): Competed in the opening meet, CSI Cross Country Classic and placed 16th in the 7k with a time of 22:56.5s (09/03/21).

College of Southern Idaho (2020): Team Runner Up at XC Nationals... finished 27th at NJCAA Division I Cross Country Championships in the 8k with a time of 26:42.1s (11/14/20).

Soda Springs High School: Two-time Cross Country All-State selection, three-time Cross Country Team State Champion, three-time Track and Field All-State selection (3200, 1600, 800); Academics: Earned All-State Academic recognition for two years 

Personal: Cade is the oldest son of Shena and Zac Smith and has four siblings. In high school, Cade excelled on the cross country course and on the track. Cade served a two year church mission in Brazil. His favorite artist is Kanye West and outside of his sports, he loves to do anything outdoors.
