Biography

Idaho State (2023): Played in 1 match for the Bengals, finishing with one assist on the season. 

Idaho State (2023): Played in 20 matches for the Bengals with 54 sets played... had 10 kills and grabbed 77 digs with 1.43 per set... had four total blocks and set a career-high 45 assists against Tennessee Tech (09/15/23)... named to the College of Health Deans List... named to the Big Sky Fall All-Academic Team.

Utah Tech (2021-22): During her time with Utah Tech she played in 21 matches with 52 sets played... she tallied up 81 digs and 217 assists... with a season high of 37 assists against Long Beach State (8/28/21). 

Personal: Lauren Mena is a transfer from Utah Tech, originally from Fountain Valley, California. While here in Pocatello Lauren is majoring in Speech and Language Pathology! Lauren chose to come to Idaho State because of the fantastic coaching and the campus felt like home. Outside of volleyball Lauren enjoys traveling, swimming and loves going to the beach.
