Idaho State Outdoor (2025):
In her freshman outdoor season, Hailey Renzello emerged as a standout middle-distance runner for the Bengals. At the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championships (May 14–17), she achieved history running a 2:08.98 in the 800 meters during the preliminaries, the new Idaho State Track team record.  In the finals, she secured seventh place with a time of 2:11.16. Her 2:08.98 performance ranks her second all-time in Idaho State history for the 800 meters.  Renzello also contributed to the Bengals' 4x400-meter relay team, which finished fifth at the conference championships with a time of 3:49.70.

Idaho State Indoor (2024–25):
During the indoor season, Renzello continued to showcase her talent in the 800 meters. She recorded a season-best time of 2:15.28 at the Inland Northwest Invitational (February 1), placing third. At the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships (February 27–March 1), she was part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished seventh with a time of 3:49.09 and the distance medley relay team that placed eighth in 12:26.24.

Idaho State Cross Country (2024):
Renzello began her collegiate career with the cross country team. She debuted at the UVU XC Collegiate Invitational (August 30), completing the 3-mile course in 19:25.7. She improved her performance at the Big Sky Preview Meet (September 20), running the 6K in 20:11.5. At the LC State Invite (October 19), she posted a 5K time of 19:11.0.
