Personal: Aspen was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She is the daughter of Nicole and Clint Caldwell. She has three siblings: TJ Johnson, Whitney Johnson, and Kage Caldwell. In high school, Aspen also played volleyball for two years. She is majoring in exercise science.
