Aaron Prier enters his fourth season with the Bengal staff. He spent the 2016 season as a defensive graduate assistant working closely with the cornerbacks. He was then hired full time in the spring of 2017 to work with the tight ends. 

In 2018, junior tight end Austin Campbell earned honorable mention all-conference after catching five touchdown passes during the season. 

Following the 2019 season he assumed duties as the recruiting coordinator  and inside wide receivers coach. 

Prier played all four seasons for the Bengals from 2011-2014. He saw time at cornerback in the 2011 season then moved to running back until his senior season where he suffered a season ending injury at wide receiver. He also was a kick returner, earning a spot on the 2014 CFPA Kickoff Returner Award Watch List.

Prier is a 2015 graduate of Idaho State University, earning a Bachelors in Business Administration - Business Management. He earned his Master of Physical Education – Athletic Administration in the summer of 2017.
