Arsenault comes to the Bengals after spending the spring as the head coach of the Guilford College Quakers.
Arsenault joined the Quakers after serving as the head coach at Millsaps College for five seasons spanning from 2015-2020. Millsaps saw a total of eight players be named to the SAA All-Conference teams under Arsenault's leadership. She also had a player named to the Google Cloud Academic All-District and All-Region team, which is awarded to players who perform highly on the field and in the classroom.
Prior to Millsaps, Arsenault served as the head women's soccer coach at the State University of New York at Canton from 2013-14. She oversaw all soccer operations including hiring staff members, coordinating camps, and managing the program's budget.
Before her stint at SUNY Canton, Arsenault was the first assistant for both the men's and women's soccer programs at Waynesburg University where she effectively assisted with creating a positive and successful women's soccer program. While at WU, Arsenault had the opportunity to act as the Interim Head Coach for seven games, including the Conference semi-final and final games. In 2012, the team made it to the President's Athletic Conference play-offs for the second consecutive year under her leadership.
Prior to coaching with the Yellow Jackets, Arsenault spent three years as an assistant coach for the women's soccer team at Hamilton College, where she helped guide the Continentals into the Liberty League championship game her second season. She has also been an assistant coach at both Washington and Jefferson College and her alma mater Slippery Rock University and she spent one year as the head coach of the women's soccer team at Salem International University.
Arsenault graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2004 with a degree in sports management. Arsenault had a remarkable four-year career with The Rock, she scored 70 goals, an all-time school record. She was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year (2001), a two-time Player of the Year (2003, 2004), and a four-time All-Conference pick. She was named to the NSCAA All-Region Team three straight years and was named an NSCAA First Team All-American as a junior.
Arsenault and the Bengals take the field August 14th as they face Salt Lake Community College in an exhibition match.
