COACH NICK:
Originally arriving to Pocatello, ID in March of 2022, Coach Nick has been instrumental in slot wide receiver production and working specifically with the shield in punt protection
while assisting with all aspects of special teams.
After playing linebacker and running back at New Mexico Highlands, he moved into the coaching ranks at his alma mater assisting in running back development. In 2010, he
joined Arizona State beginning his long-standing relationship with Dennis Erickson and helping the Sun Devils to a Las Vegas Bowl berth.
In 2012, he joined the Utah Utes working with a cornerback group that combined for 21 pass deflections, 4 interceptions, and 4 forced fumbles. As his time progressed at Utah,
he began working with the return game and help produce a Pac 12 All-American. Coach Erickson joined the Utes in 2013 as Co-Offensive Coordinator and Coach Nick moved
into a Graduate Assistant role to focus on running backs. Under Erickson’s offense, Utah had four running backs combine for 1,450 yards while also having a running back
being the 2nd leading receiver with 37 catches. Two running backs were selected in the NFL draft.
