Taylor Mazzone was hired as the offensive coordinator in December of 2021.
Mazzone spent the 2021 season at San Diego, serving as the wide receivers coach. Prior to that he was the outside wide receivers coach from 2018-20 at Arizona. During the 2018 season, the Arizona offense was first in the Pac 12 in total offense. Before Arizona, Mazzone was the offensive quality control coach at Texas A&M.
Mazzone was a graduate assistant at UCLA in 2012 and served as the quarterbacks coach in 2013. He was a quality control coach at Arizona State in 2010 and an offensive assistant in 2011. He also worked with college quarterbacks training for the jump to the NFL such at Tim Tebow, Christian Ponder, Robert Griffin III and Brock Osweiler.
