Idaho State: Outdoor (2016-17) Set a personal record in the hammer throw with a 49.85m (163-6) mark at the UNLV Invitational and placed fourth...placed 10th in the discus in Las Vegas with a 37.09m (121-8) throw...finished ninth in the UVU Collegiate Invitational hammer throw with a mark of 48.28m (158-5)...claimed sixth in the hammer throw at the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic with a 44.69m (146-7) effort...claimed a new personal record in the hammer throw with a 51.38m (168-7) mark at the Utah State Mark Faldmo Invitational...set another personal record in the hammer throw with a 55.67m (182-8) heave in the Weber State Twilight Meet...Finished seventh in the hammer throw at the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a 54.03m (177-3) performance.

Indoor: Opened the season with a personal record weight throw of 17.48m (57-4 1/4) to claim second at the Weber State Winter Open...finished second in the weight throw at the MSU, ISU, UM, USU Dual Meet with a 17.38m (57-0 1/4) effort...claimed second in the Snake River Open weight throw with a 17.25m (56-7 1/4) throw...took fifth in the weight throw at the Mountain State Games with a 17.05m (55-11 1/4) effort...threw 18.37m (60-3 1/4) for a new personal record at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships in Pocatello, ID. 

Idaho State: Indoor (2015-16) Placed third in the weight throw with a 15.35m (50-4 1/2) throw at the Snake River Open...finished fourth in the weight throw at the MSU, ISU, UM, USU Dual Meet with a 15.67m (51-5) throw...finished sixth in the weight throw at the Weber State Indoor Invitational with a mark of 15.59m (51-1 3/4)...threw 15.28m (50-1 3/4) for fourth place in the Mountain State Games weight throw...earned fifth in the weight throw at the Boise State Challenge with a 15.37m (50-5 1/4) mark...set a personal record in the weight throw with a 16.34m (53-7 1/2) heave at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Idaho State: (2014-15) Set a personal record in the weight throw with 15.89 meters at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (02/26)....placed seventh in the hammer throw at the Weber State Open and earned a personal best mark of 47.76 meters (04/11)....earned a personal best mark in the discus throw at the UVU Collegiate Invitational (37.39 meters) (03/27).....competed at the Big Sky Outdoor Conference Championships and placed 20th in the hammer throw with a mark of 40.50 meters (05/13).

Idaho State: Outdoor (2013-14) Set a personal record in the hammer throw with 42.01m at the BYU Robison Invitational (04/26)....finished 18th at the Wildcat Outdoor Open with a discus throw of 34.59m (04/12).
