Idaho State (2018-19)
Outdoor: Opened the season at the UVU Collegiate Invitational finishing sixth in the pole vault with a vault of 4.45m (14' 7.25')... At the Aggie Invitational finished fifth with a height of 4.5m (13' 11.25")... Finished fourth at the Montana State Open in the pole vault with a height of 4.15m (13' 7.25")... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships. In the decathlon, finished 8th with a score of 5584.

Indoor:  Competed in five meets for the Bengals...Won the Heptathlon at the Stacy Dragila Open with a final score of 4563... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships.

ISU (2017-18):
Outdoor: Participated in five meets for ISU... Started the season with a top 10 finish at the Westmont Classic with Jim Klein Multis in the Decathalon... At the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic finished 4th in the 4X400 with a time of 3:34.75 ... Represented Idaho State University at the Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the Pole Vault.

(2016-17):
Outdoor: Ran five meets for ISU...kicked-off the season with a third-place finish in the decathlon (6,320 points), a personal record in the 110m hurdles (15.28), and career bests in the pole vault (4.30m | 14-1 1/4), long jump (6.70m | 21-11 3/4), and shot put (11.07m | 36-4) at the Sheila Tarr Multis...claimed seventh in the javelin throw (40.31m | 132-3) at the Utah State Mark Faldmo Invitational...set a career best in the 100m dash (11.33) of the 2017 BYU Robison Invitational...represented ISU at the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships where he placed 10th in the decathlon (6,329 points) with personal records in the 110m hurdles (15.03) and 1,500m (4:54.61). 

Indoor: Participated in three meets for the Bengals...opened the season at the Weber State Indoor Open where he earned podium finishes in the 55m hurdles, 1,600m relay, pole vault and long jump while setting a new personal record of 7.90 seconds in the 55m hurdles...placed fourth in the heptathlon (3,882 points) and set a personal record in the 60m hurdles (8.45) at the Mountain State Games...represented ISU at the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championship where he placed fifth in the heptathlon with a personal record 4,931 points and set personal records in the 60m dash (7.27), 1K (2:55.36), 60m hurdles (8.38), high jump (1.79m | 5-10 1/2) and pole vault (4.37m | 14-4). 

Idaho State (2015-16): 

Outdoor: Competed in six meets for ISU...began outdoors at the Sheila Tarr Multis with a personal record, second-place finish in the decathlon (6,340 points) and career bests in the 400m (51.91), high jump (1.79m | 5-10 1/2) and discus (30.44m | 99-10)...placed fifth in the javelin (44.43m | 145-9) at th Utah Spring Classic...picked up a pair of third-place finishes in the 110m hurdles (16.11) and javelin (46.69m | 153-2) at the Utah State Mark Faldmo Invitational...took ninth in the decathlon (5,917 points) of the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships, also earning a personal record in the long jump (6.36m | 20-10 1/2) and a career best in the javelin throw (47.26m | 155-1).

Indoor: Competed in six meets during his inaugural season...completed his first heptathlon in second place (4,504 points) after winning the long jump (6.45m | 21-2) and earning top-three positions in the 60m dash (7.31), 60m hurdles (8.95), high jump (1.79m | 5-10 1/2) and pole vault (3.90m | 12-9 1/2)...set personal records in the 60m hurdles (8.88) and 200m (24.14) at the MSU, ISU, UM, USU Dual Meet...won the triple jump title at the Weber State Indoor Invitational with a 12.82m (42-0 3/4) mark in addition to personal bests in the 55m (6.84) and 55m hurdles (7.97)...finished third with a personal record in the Mountain State Games heptathlon (4,673 points) in addition to setting personal records in the shot put (10.87m | 35-8), pole vault (4.20m | 13-9 1/4), 60m hurdles (8.64) and 1K (3:01.45)...set personal records in the 200m dash (23.23), 60m hurdles (8.46) and long jump (6.59m | 21-7 1/2) at the Boise State Challenge...represented Idaho State in the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships and placed sixth in the heptathlon with a personal record 4,720 points in addition to setting a personal record in the 1K (2:57.12) and matching his personal bests in the pole vault (4.20m | 13-9 1/4) and high jump (1.79m | 5-10 1/2). 

Yelm HS: Earned four letters in both wrestling and track and field ... finished third in the state for the decathlon in 2013 ... finished fifth in the decathlon at the junior olympics in 2014 ... in 2014 he finished second in the state in the decathlon and fourth in the hurdles ... finished fifth in the decathlon at Arcadia in 2015 ... finished second in the decathlon, fourth in the long jump and sixth in the hurdles at the state championships in 2015.

Personal: Born Aug. 4th, 1996 ... parents are Jeff and Laura ... has two sisters, Carlee and Becca ... exercise science major.
