Idaho State: (2018-19)
Outdoor: At the 2019 Aggie Invitational threw a personal best distance of 15.54m (51' 0") in the shot put. Also recorded a personal best throw of 50.15m (164' 6") in the hammer throw... Finished third in the hammer throw at the Montana State Open with a mark of 48.93m (160' 6")... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the shot put and hammer throw.

Indoor: Had a personal record in his season opener with a throw of 14.73 meters in the weight throw ...

ISU (2017-18) 
Outdoor: Competed in six meets for ISU... set two personal records at the UVU Collegiate Invitational. In the Shotput he threw 15.10m (49' 6.5") where he placed 4th. Also achieved a personal best in the Discus Throw with a distance of 41.20m (135' 2")... At the 2018 BYU Robison Invitational recorded a a personal best in the hammer throw with a distance of 46.04m (151' 0")... represented ISU at the Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the shotput.

Indoor  Competed in six meets for ISU...set personal best in weight throw at Weber State Open throwing 13.46m (44' 2")...sifished sixth in shot put at Snake River Open with a 14.57m (47' 9.75") throw...set new personal best in both the shot put and weight throw at the Mountain State Games, in shot threw 14.79m (48' 6.25") and finished third while finishing seventh in the weight throw with a 14.05m (46' 1.25")

Canyon High: Threw for the men's track and field team...earned All-CIF honors...set personal records of 170-0 in the discus, 150-0 in the hammer, 53-7 in the shot put, and 50-0 in the weight throw...graduated in 2017.

Personal: Born April 5, 1999...mother is Cathlie Elam...served as a throws coach for the Storm Track Club...major is biology.
