Idaho State Indoor (2026): Chris Lupkes delivered a strong junior campaign in the throws, emerging as a consistent scorer for the Bengals in both the shot put and weight throw. Lupkes highlighted his season with a fifth-place finish in the shot put at the Big Sky Conference Championships, recording a season best mark of 17.05m (55’ 11.25”). He also posted a season best of 18.50m (60’ 8.5”) in the weight throw at the conference meet, a mark that ranks No. 3 all-time in Idaho State history, while consistently surpassing 18 meters and earning multiple top-three finishes, including a third-place showing at the Mountain States Games. Lupkes added several podium finishes throughout the season and provided steady contributions across both events, solidifying his role as a key veteran presence for the Bengals.

Idaho State Outdoor (2025): Chris Lupkes delivered a strong freshman outdoor season, competing in the shot put and hammer throw. He achieved a personal best in the shot put with a throw of 14.78m (48'6") at the Ed Jacoby Twilight (04/25/25), placing 8th. In the hammer throw, Lupkes recorded a personal best of 49.43m (162'2") at the Bengal Invitational (05/02/25), securing 8th place. At the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships (05/14/25), he placed 19th in the hammer throw with a mark of 44.40m (145'8").
