Idaho State Indoor (2026): Ryan continued his solid progression with initial collegiate marks in the 800m (1:59.20), Mile (4:35.51), and 3000m (9:24.78) at the two meets his competed at, The Bobcat Challenge and Mountain State Games and will look to build upon these in the outdoor season.

Idaho State Cross Country (2025): Ryan instantly added depth and speed to the cross country roster, as he showed he could pick people off in the late-race and score well for the team. In his first season with the Bengals, he competed in six meets and recorded strong marks in the 8k (25:24) and the 7k (22:26), while finishing 33rd for the team at the Big Sky Championships and helping bring home a 4th place team finish.
