Dora Goles

Goles was added as an assistant coach by Head Coach Seton Sobolewski after her final season in 2022.  

So far in her coaching career, she has helped produce one First-Team All-Defensive member, one Big Sky All-Conference Second Team member, and one Big Sky Honorable Mention. 
 
Her playing experience includes Idaho State University (2017-2022), and Western Wyoming Community College (2016-2017) and she also played for the Croatian National Team (2010-2016).  

In the 2021-22 season, she guided the Bengals to a Big Sky Regular Season Championship. Goles played in 29 games and made 13 starts. She averaged 23.2 minutes and totaled 228 points, 13 offensive rebounds, 38 defensive rebounds, 57 assists, 25 steals, and two blocks. Dora shot 93.3% from the free-throw line. 

In the year before, she led the 2020-21 Bengals to a Big Sky Regular Season Championship and Tournament Championship. Goles appeared in 25 games starting in 24. She averaged 12.4 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.5 steals,  and .4 blocks per game. Goles shot 42.4% from the floor. After a great season, Dora was named to the Big Sky All-Conference First Team. 

During the 2019-2020 season, she started all 31 games for the Bengals and averaged 30.3 minutes per game. She totaled 394 points, 130 total rebounds, 97 assists, 64 steals, and six blocks. She shot 40.8% from beyond the three-point line. She was named to the Big Sky All-Conference Second Team.  

During her freshman year in 2017-18 she appeared in all 32 games making 31 starts. She collected a total of 212 points, 111 rebounds, 92 assists, and 30 steals.

Dora is a friend to everyone and to know her is to love her! She is the daughter of Sanja and Milan and has two brother, Tino and Marino! She lives here in Pocatello with her wife Katie and her two dogs Laura and Karen, who she loves very much!
