Natalee Faupel enters her first season as graduate assistant for women’s basketball. Faupel’s primary responsibilities include team travel, video coordination, assisting with scouting reports and assisting with daily operations for the program.

Faupel arrives at Idaho State after a standout basketball career at Montana State University-Northern. Faupel was a two-time first team NAIA All-American, a two-time WBCA All-American, a four-time all-conference selection and the Frontier Conference Player of the Year in 2016. She left MSU-Northern as the all-time leading scorer with 1,829 points.

Faupel led the Skylights to four-straight national tournaments, including two Sweet Sixteen appearances and a run to the Elite Eight.

Faupel was also a standout student while at MSU-Northern, earning NAIA Academic All-Conference honors 2013-15, NAIA Academic All-American honors 2015-17 in addition to making the dean’s list all four years of her college career.

Faupel graduated in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in health promotion with a minor in business and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in athletic administration at Idaho State.
