Idaho State: (2014-15) Had a career best pentathlon score of 3,070 points at the Mountain States Games (01/31)....placed third in the high jump at the Pre-Conference Tune Up with a personal best mark of 1.55 meters (02/21)....set a personal record in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.90 at the Bronco Invite (02/08)....placed eighth in the 400-meter dash at the Bronco Invite with a personal best time of 58.79 (02/08). 

Idaho State: (2013-14) Placed fifth overall in the pentathlon at the Mountain State Games Collegiate (01/31)....scored 3735 points in the heptathlon at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (02/27)....had a career best 60m hurdles time of 9.90 at the Bronco Invite (02/08)....finished eighth in the 200m with a time of 26.28 at the Montana State Dual Meet Invite (01/24)....had a career best long jump of 4.87m at the ISU Open (02/08)...placed eighth overall in the high jump at the Mountain State Games (02/01)

Idaho State: (2011-12): Had a career best heptathlon of 4117 points at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (05/14) ... had a career best 400m hurdles time of 1:07.71 at the Weber State Twilight Meet (05/02) ...  had a career best pentathlon of 2848 points at the Mountain States Games (02/04) ... finished second in the long jump with a distance of 5.19m at the ISU Open (02/10)  (2010-11): Placed ninth overall in the heptathlon at the Cal Multis (03/24) ... placed tenth overall with 3246 in the Heptathlon at the Bengal Dec-Hep (04/07) ... placed fourth with a time of 11:11.11 in the women's 400m at the UVU Open (04/09) ... placed first in the women's 4X400m relay at the Utah State Faldmo Invitational (04/16) ... placed second in the women's 4X400m relay at the Springfest Collegiate Shoot-Out (04/23) ... placed fifth with 3060 points in the women's heptathlon at the Idaho-Utah Borderclash (04/29) ... was named Big Sky All-Academic for both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

Pocatello High School: Lettered all four years in cross country and track and field at Pocatello High School … lettered three years in basketball … competed at the state track championships all four years and three years at the state cross country championships … basketball team went to state one year … voted Best Female Athlete for PHS in 2010 … 2010 Distinguished Student Award recipient … cross country team was named state academic champions three times … senior class vice president … graduated with highest honors … Homecoming Queen.

Personal: Parents are Fred and Lisa Aplington … born Nov. 13, 1991 … two brothers, Heath and Luke … two sisters, Angie and Kathy … major is dietetics.
