Idaho State: (2011-12): Had a career best shot put of 12.26m at the BYU Robison Invitational (04/28) ... had a career best shot put of 12.25m at the Wildcat Indoor Open (02/17) ... finished second in the weight throw with a distance of 14.71m at the ISU Open (02/10) ... finished second in the shot put with a distance of 11.89m at the ISU Open (02/10)  (2010-11) Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons for Idaho State ... finished third with a career best discus throw of 40.52m at the Springfest Collegiate Shootout (04/23) ... finished sixth with a career best hammer throw of 42.94 at the Springfest Collegiate Shootout (04/23) ... placed fouth with a career best javelin throw of 34.01 at the All Idaho Collegiate Cup ... Jasper High School: Lettered in volleyball, basketball and track and field at Jasper High School … named all-conference and all-district for three years in volleyball … named volleyball all-area two years and team MVP for three years … led her team to a district championship and the state quarterfinals in her senior season … named all-conference in basketball for three years, all-area two years and team MVP three years … scored more than 1,000 points and rebounds … named all-state in track and field all four years of her high school career … state champion in the shot put … an all-state academic honoree for two years.

Personal: Parents Craig and Julie Talbot … sisters Katricia, Lora, Elizabeth and Carrie … brother Logan and Casey … Casey plays college basketball … Katricia and Lora play college volleyball and basketball … Carrie participates in track and field at Idaho State University … father Craig played college football and wrestling … majoring in exercise science with a minor in photography.
