Idaho State: (2011-12): Competed in the 100m at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (05/14) .. had a career best 200m time of 25.68 at the Mark Faldamo Invitational (04/20) ... won the 200m dash at the ISU Open with a career best time of 25.91 (02/10) ... competed in the 4000m distance medley and 4X400m relays at the Big Sky Championships (02/24)

Canyon Ridge High School: Lettered four years in track and field and cross country ... competed at track and field state championships all four years ... state champion in the medley relay, 4X100m relay and 4X400m relay ... was the team captain ... track and field MVP ... member of the honor roll

Personal: Birthday is November 22, 1992 ... parents is Kristina Bowcut ... two brothers, Jesse and Taylor ... sister Brianna is also on the Idaho State track and field team ... will major in radiology
