Bengals Fall to Boise 4-1

BOISE, Idaho – Brooke Heidemann and KT Clayton scored two goals each to lead Boise State to a 4-1 soccer win over Idaho State at the Boas Soccer Complex in Boise Sunday afternoon.
 
Madeline Gochnour scored the lone ISU goal on an assist from Whitney Peterson in the 71st minute, just 13 seconds after Boise State took a 4-0 lead.
 
The Bengals outshot BSU 19-12 and had nine shots on goal to the Broncos' seven.
 
Idaho State hosts Hawaii at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 14.
