Bengals Host Montana State on Senior Day

POCATELLO, Idaho- Idaho State hosts Montana State on Saturday, November 14. Kickoff is at 2:35 p.m. and the game can be heard live on 101.1 KEIR. Fans can log onto isubengals.com to follow the contest with live video, audio and stats. About Montana State
Montana State is 4-5 and 2-4 in Big Sky Conference play. The Bobcats are averaging 42.4 points a game and giving up 33.7. MSU averages 300 passing yards and 219.6 rushing yards a game. Montana State gives up 471 yards a game. Dakota Prukop and Chad Newell are the top rushers for MSU as Prukop has tallied 718 yards and nine touchdowns and Newell 629 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Series vs. Montana State
Montana State leads the series 45-30-3. ISU is 21-17-2 vs. the Bobcats in Pocatello. This is the first time the two schools have played in Holt Arena since Oct. 30, 2010. Montana State won that contest 23-20 in overtime. The last time ISU beat MSU was a 23-17 victory in Bozeman on Oct. 11, 2003. The last Bengal victory in Holt Arena was 18-14 in 2002.

Senior Day
Saturday is the final home game for 19 Bengal seniors. This year's senior class is: Khary Livingston-Coleman, Madison Mangum, Kamino Ward, Erik Collins, Tavonte Jackson, CJ Langlow, Cody Sorensen, Xavier Finney, Kurt Karstetter, Terrence Carey, Travis Namohala, Christian Diehm, Wesley Wingrove, Tyler Graves, Cj Hatchett, Tyler Wright, Tyler Kuder, Colin Prestasater and Chris Edwards.The seniors will be honored following the game on Saturday.

Bengal Senior  Capsules
Khary Livingston-Coleman-  Junior college transfer from College of Sequoias ... played in 11 games in 2014 and had 11 tackles ... had an interceptions vs. Weber State ... has seven tackles in 2015 while appearing in six games.

Madison Mangum- Will leave ISU as one of the best receivers in program history ... first-team all-conference in 2014 ... currently ranks tied for sixth in career  receiving touchdowns with 18 ... ranked ninth in career receiving yards with 2,069 ... 10th in career receptions with 148.

Kamino Ward-  Junior College transfer from San Bernadino JC ... appeared in seven games in 2014 ... played and started in all nine games in 2015 ... has 54 tackles and one fumble recovery this season.

Erik Collins- Two-year Bengal ...  appeared in nine games in 2014 and had 25 tackles and three interceptions ... academic all conference in 2014 ... has 42 tackles, one interception and two sacks this season.

Tavonte Jackson- Appeared in six games in 2014 and had 15 tackles  ... appeared in five games in 2015 and made 12 tackles.

CJ Langlow- Four-year Bengal ... appeared in all 12 games as a sophomore and junior and played in nine games as a freshman ... as a starting linebacker in 2015 he has recorded 53 tackles, five tackles for loss and one interception.

Cody Sorensen- Came to Idaho State in 2011 ... redshirted in 2012 ... three-year Big Sky Conference All-Academic team member ... FCS ADA Academic All-Start in 2014 and a three-time CoSIDA Academic All-District member ... three-year starter at safety.

Xavier Finney- Will leave ISU as one of the greatest running backs in program history ... first-team all-conference in 2014 while rushing for 1,495 yards  ... led the Big Sky in rushing yards as a junior ... currently ranks third in career rushing touchdowns with 26, first in rushing attempts with 706 and he is third in career rushing yards with 3,342. He needs 67 yards to become the programs all-time leading rusher.

Kurt Karstetter- Four-year Bengal who has started his senior season at rush linebacker ... has had his best statistical season in 2015 ... has 43 tackles, seven tackles for loss, one interception and one fumble recovery this year.

Terrence Carey- Three-year starter on the offensive line ... been key a key member in allowing the ISU offense to rewrite the offensive record books .... transfer from Florida State.

Travis Namohala- Four-year Bengal .... started 10 games as a freshman in 2012 ... been a key reserve since his sophomore season ... from Hawaii.

Christian Diehm- Three-year starter at center ... has appeared in every game since his sophomore season ... was a part of an offensive unit in 2014 that only allowed 15 sacks.

Wesley Wingrove- Four-year letter winner and three-year starter ... honorable mention all-conference in 2014 ... was a part of an offensive line that rewrote the Bengal offensive record books.

Tyler Graves- Came to ISU in 2011 ... moved to tight end in 2012 ... has started this year at tight end ... caught a touchdown vs. Montana on Nov. 7.

CJ Hatchett- Three year Bengal after transferring from Montana ... has caught 12 passes in his career, four have been for touchdowns.

Tyler Wright- Four-year Bengal ... played and started at tight end ... career-high is seven receptions for 89 yards and one touchdowns vs. Western State in 2013.

Tyler Kuder- Three-year Bengal who has been a leader on the defensive line ... had 56 tackles in 2014 and 29 as a sophomore in 2013 ... currently has 75 tackles and nine tackles for loss as a senior.

Colin Prestesater- Three-year Bengal whose  career was cut short due to injury ... played in nine games in 2012 and started six ... appeared in seven in 2013 ... redshirted in 2014 and appeared  in five games in 2015.

Chris Edwards.- Came to ISU as a walkon in 2011 ... earned a scholarship and has been a consistent starter on the defensive line in 2015 ... has started all nine games ... has 49 tackles and one blocked kick.

Notes From Montana
-    Game captains were Madison Mangum, Tyler Kuder, Christian Diehm and CJ Langlow.
-   Idaho State scored a touchdown on its first possession of the game for the third straight game and the fifth time this season. The Bengals have only scored on their first possession of the second-half once.
-    Xavier Finney recorded his 14th 100 yard rushing game of his career. He has rushed for 3,342 yards in his career. He needs 38 rushing yards  to pass Alfredo Anderson and move into second-place and 67 yards to pass Josh Barnett and become the schools all-time leading rusher.
-    Madison Mangum moved into ninth place for career-receiving yards. He now has 2,069, passing Jaron Taylor's (2006-09) 2,066. Mangum needs 40 yards to pass Luke Austin and move into eighth place. Mangum's four receptions vs. Montana moved into ninth place with 148. He needs five receptions to move into seventh place.
 -   Six Bengals posted career highs on the defensive side. Hayden Stout had his first career fumble recovery and interception. Tyler Kuder had a career-high 15 tackles. Other Bengals to finished with a career-best in tackles were Kurt Karstetter (10), CJ Langlow (20), Rasheed Williams (11) and Anthony Ricks (5).
 -   Madison Mangum has caught a pass in 21 straight games.
 -   Chris Edwards blocked kick was the first of his career and only the second of the season for ISU. Drew Sharkey blocked a kick earlier in the season.

Bengal Bites
- Idaho State is 1-15 at home vs. ranked teams since beating No. 5 Eastern Washington 34-30 in Holt on Sept. 24, 2005.
- The highest ranked team ISU has beaten is No. 5 Montana, 28-23 in 1994, No. 5 Montana in 2003 (43-40 in 2 OT) and No. 5 Eastern Washington 34-30 in 2005.
- Madison Mangum has caught a pass in 21  straight games.
- CJ Hatchett has caught 12 passes in his career. Four of the 12 have been for touchdowns. He also caught a two-point conversion at UNLV.
- Mario Jenkins and Taison Manu are unavailable for the 2015 season.
- Xavier Finney has 14 100-yard rushing games, tied for the most out of any active Big Sky player.
- Madison Mangum has  eight 100-yard receiving games.
