POCATELLO, Idaho- For the first time in three years the Idaho State football team will square off against Southern Utah on Saturday, Oct. 26, at 2 p.m. in Cedar City, Utah. This is the first time the Bengals have played in Cedar City since losing 19-9 in 2013. Jerry Miller and Mark Liptak will call the game on 102.5 KMGI. About SUU
Southern Utah is 1-7 and 0-4 in Big Sky Conference play. SUU averages 22.50 points per game and gives up 38.63. The T-Birds rush for 100.3 years, pass for 280.13 for a total of 380.4 yards of total offense. The SUU defense gives up 211.5 yards on the ground, 208.38 passing yards for 419.9 yards of total offense. 

James Felila leads the SUU rushing attack with 78 carries for 261 yards and two touchdowns. Chris Helbig has thrown for 2,016 yards with nine touchdowns and nine interceptions. Lance Lawson leads the receivers with 62 receptions for 592 yards and three touchdowns. Alex Sims and AJ Stanley lead the defense with 52 tackles. 

Bengal Bites vs. SUU
 - This is Idaho State's first meeting in Cedar City since 2013. 
- In five meetings, the Bengals only win in Cedar City was 42-17 in 2002. 

Notes From Game 7 at Idaho
- Luke Holloway had his first career fumble recovery. 
- Manase Time had a season and career-high four tackles. 
- Oshea Trujillo had a career-high 10 tackles. 
- 52 passing attempts and 27 completions by Matt Struck was a season and career-high. 
- Saturday was the first time Matt Struck threw two interceptions in a game. 
- Malaki Rango rushed for a season and career-high of 58 yards. He scored his first career rushing touchdown. 
- Mitch Gueller's 11 receptions was a career-high and the most since KW Williams had 12 at North Dakota on Oct. 10, 2015. 
- Matt Strucks 52 passing attempts was the most since Justin Arias had 50 vs. SUU in October, 2014. 
- Mitch Gueller surpassed 3,000 career receiving yards. He is one of only nine Big Sky receivers to accomplish this. He now has 3,104 receiving yards.
- Mitch Gueller has 24 career receiving touchdowns, tied with Michael Dean for sixth in the Idaho State career record book.
