POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State women's basketball team (2-2) fell to Duke (3-2), 85-66, on Thursday night in Durham, NC.
Idaho State shot 40 percent (25-62) from the field and 35 percent (8-23) from behind the three-point arc.Â
The Bengals trailed by 12 after the first quarter, 22-10. ISU was down 33-15 with 5 minutes left in the second quarter but finished the half out scoring Duke 8-2 to trail 35-23 at halftime.Â
Through the second half, the Bengals kept up with the Blue Devils scoring 20 to Duke's 25 points in the third and 23 to Duke's 25 points in the fourth.Â
Four Bengals scored in double digits.
Estefania Ors led the team with a season high 17 points shooting 7-of-13 from the field.
Tomekia Whitman recorded a double double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
Callie Bourne scored 12 points and grabbed five rebounds.
Dora Goles shot 3-6 from behind the three point arc, tying her career high. She finished the game with 11 points, three boards and three assists.Â
On the glass, the Blue Devils just edged out the Bengals 39-35.Â
Idaho State returns home on Monday, Nov. 25 to face Montana Tech at 7 p.m. (MST) in Reed Gym. Admission to the game is $4-$8 for GA $6-$11 for lower level seating.  The game will feature live stats, live video (Pluto TV Channel 543) and audio brought to you by KISU 91.1 with the pregame show starting at approximately 6:40 p.m. (MST).
