POCATELLO, Idaho- Idaho State softball fell to No. 15 Oregon, 13-0, in five innings before dropping a 7-1 contest to Long Beach State on Friday night in Cathedral City, Calif.
Seven different Bengals put together ISU's seven hits on the day.

Idaho State was held to two hits from
Shayna Dahlen and
Kaylee Butterworth while the Ducks put together 16.
Oregon scored three runs in the first inning, five in the second and three in the third. The Ducks added two runs in the top of the fifth to put the game away.
Kelsea Sweeney takes the loss after pitching one inning and allowing four hits, three runs, and striking out one.

The Bengals had five hits in the game. Isa Cargill,
Kelsey Breer,
Shealee Perkins, and
Angelica Cano each singled while
Emma Bordenkecher doubled to left. Breer recorded ISU's only RBI.
The Dirtbags put across an unearned run in the first inning and added two runs in both the second and third innings to gain a 5-0 lead over ISU.

In the bottom of the third, Breer hit an RBI single to score Bordenkecher after she reached base on a double.

LBSU scored again in the sixth off of three hits to take back a five run lead, 6-1. Three hits and an ISU error in the seventh allowed the Dirtbags to push across one more run to finish in a 7-1 victory.
Sweeney will take the loss after allowing four earned runs on six hits and four walks in 2.1 innings pitched. ISU committed three errors in the game.
The Bengals will play in the Colorado State Classic, March 6-8, in Fort Collins, Colo.
