Wikus Robbertse wins his championship match in the white draw over University of Utah on the final day of the ISU Invitational.
In the semi-finals, Robbertse defeated Pontus Hallgren from Montana in a straight set victory 6-3, 6-3 to put him into the championship round. In the finals, Robbertse had to play Rian Ta from University of Utah who had not yet lost a set in the tournament. Robbertse swept by Ta in a dominating 6-2, 6-2 victory to win the tournament.
In the orange draw,
Patrick Kristensen fell short in the semi-finals to Mathias Gavelin from Utah in a close match, 7-6(5), 6-4.
Andreas Kramer also fell short in the semi-finals of the same draw to Lawrence Sciglitano from Montana in a three set battle. The final score was 3-6, 6-4, 6-4.
In doubles play, Kramer and
Ege Cankus defeated Montana's team of Sciglitano and Baldwin 7-5 in the quarter finals. The pair then lost to the BYU duo Andrus and Lin 6-2 in the semi-finals.

The Bengals return to action next weekend at the Utah Invite. Matches will begin Friday, October 8 and will be played through Sunday, October 10 at the University of Utah tennis courts in Salt Lake City.
