POCATELLO, Idaho - The Idaho State Bengals (19-12) fell to the Nevada Wolfpack 8-0 in five innings in Reno, Nevada, Tuesday afternoon.
The Wolfpack held the Bengals to just one hit in the game and scored consitstenly throughout the contest with two runs in the first, second, fourth and fifth inning to close out the mercy rule win over the Bengals in five innings.
The Bengals lone hit came from outfielder ava brown who blooped a single up the middle.
Kasey Aguinaga picked up the loss to move to 9-5 on the year, the junior faced 19 batters, allowing six hits and five runs.

Megan Meracle pitched in relief.
The Bengals now travel to Sacramento to take on the Sac State Hornets in the first Big Sky Conference series of the 2025 season. The Bengals will play a double header on Friday and cap the series on Saturday.
